While all peoples may be equal in their God-given rights to liberty and life, the duty of the U.S. government is to protect and defend first and foremost the rights, and the health and safety of Americans. America is not responsible for "justice everywhere" — a utopian concept — but to establish justice to the degree it can in the USA. Natural law teaches that, when it comes to love and loyalty, one puts one's own family and country first.
