House lawmakers will interview Biden chief of staff about ex-president’s cognitive decline


Ron Klain, Biden’s chief of staff, will appear before a House panel investigating Mr. Biden’s

ree

fading mental acuity while in the White House and any efforts by aides to cover it up and act on his behalf. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has scheduled interviews with Mr. Klain and half a dozen other Biden staffers this month and in early August. The Republican-led panel is investigating claims there was a cover-up of Mr. Biden’s cognitive decline and of potentially unauthorized pardons and other executive actions.
