The Democratic nominee recognizes the challenge with black men, a crucial voter group
that could greatly impact her prospects at the polls. In a recent interview, the vice president admitted that she must do more to earn the support of this key Democratic voting bloc. “I think it’s very important to not operate from the assumption that black men are in anybody’s pocket,” she said during an interview hosted by the National Association of Black Journalists. “Black men are like any other voting group. You’ve got to earn their vote.”
