Biden says he supports changing filibuster rules to codify abortion rights of Roe v. Wade

“I believe we have to codify Roe v. Wade in the law, and the way to do that is to make sure

Congress votes to do that,” Mr. Biden said at a press conference in Madrid, Spain, at the conclusion of a three-day summit with the heads of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. “And if the filibuster gets in the way, it’s like voting rights, we require an exception to the filibuster for this action to deal with the Supreme Court decision.”
