PETITION

To Majority Leader Senator John Thune, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson:

I urge you to TAKE ACTION to turn President Trump's executive order "Preserving And Protecting The Integrity Of American Elections" into law.

Congress must pass legislation requiring:

  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship on voter registration forms.

  • The restriction of federal election-related funds from states not complying with the integrity measures set forth by Federal law.

  • Updating of the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines 2.0 and security standards for voting equipment -- which includes requiring a voter-verifiable paper ballot record. No barcodes or QR codes.

  • Establishing information-sharing agreements with state election officials to identify cases of election fraud or other election law violations.

  • Ballots received after Election Day in Federal elections deemed ineligible.

  • Revoking the Biden Executive Order 14019, which turned Federal agencies into Democratic voter turnout centers.

  • Mail-in and absentee ballots must be received by election day.

  • Election day to become a Federal holiday to facilitate same-day voting.

The American people overwhelmingly voted for these policies, in addition to giving the president a majority in the House and the Senate.

Unless we esbtalish strict voting laws for Federal elections, it will be impossible to restore Americans' faith in free and fair elections.
