Virginia’s Incoming Governor and Attorney General Say They Will Fight Biden Vaccine Mandates

A week before the inauguration, Virginia Governor-elect Glenn Youngkin and Attorney

General-elect Jason Miyares are signaling that challenging President Biden’s vaccine mandates will be an early priority. “After the January 15th inauguration, the Commonwealth of Virginia will quickly move to protect Virginians’ freedoms and challenge President Biden’s unlawful CMS, OSHA, and Head Start vaccine mandates,” a Youngkin press release states.
