AOC essentially acknowledged that girls and boys have different genitalia. If a physical exam
would reveal that, then it must be an undeniable and provable truth. Men and women are different. You can take a look at them and see a difference - one AOC seems perfectly capable of understanding, but wants to deny whenever it's politically expedient, even at the expense of innocent young women. But it’s exactly that difference, that physical distinguishability, that creates an athletic disparity between biological boys and the girls.
