Gov. Noem Welcomes Trump to South Dakota, Fuels VP Speculation

Donald Trump will travel to Rapid City in September, leaving the campaign trail to attend the

South Dakota Republican Party’s “Monumental Leaders Rally.” South Dakota Republican Governor Kristi Noem has nurtured her ties to the former president.
