Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy unveiled a list of likely judicial appointments he’d

make if elected in the 2024 presidential election. Notable figures on Ramaswamy’s list for the U.S. Supreme Court are U.S. Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee. Ramaswamy said his “sole criterion” in selecting the above candidates was individuals with an “unwavering commitment to an originalist understanding of the U.S. Constitution, who also understand the unique threats to liberty in the 21st century (including lurking state action).”
