Anti-ESG Petition to Your Governor

Dear Governor:

As a citizen and taxpayer, I want you to know I oppose President Biden’s anti-American ESG regulations.  Pensioners and investors ought to receive a meaningful rate of return based on sound economic decisions, not to promote a socialist/Marxist agenda.

Therefore, I urge you to use the full power of your office to push back on ESG by . . .

  1. Banning by executive order and supporting legislation that keeps public employee pension funds of police, fire fighters, teachers, and civil servants from being invested in any ESG firm.

  2. Banning by executive order and supporting legislation to prevent state assets from being invested in any ESG firm.

  3. Order the state’s attorney general to investigate and expose major banks, financial firms, and ratings companies that engage in ESG to make our state’s citizens aware, which will assist them in taking corrective anti-ESG action in their own accounts.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.  And I would appreciate hearing back from you.
