Please sign the PETITION to urge 21 others Republican state Attorneys General to join Texas’ lawsuit to STOP the DHS COVID-19 testing exemption of illegal aliens before entering the United States.

This PETITION will go to 21 states where Republicans control both the Governorship and office of state Attorney General in an effort to STOP the spread of a public health crisis at the United States-Mexico border.

(These 21 states include: AL, AK, AZ, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, ND, OH, OK, SC, TN, UT, WV, WY)
Whereas, the Biden Administration spurred a massive wave of illegal immigration, creating a public health crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border, by failing to enforce CDC regulations to quickly return border crossers to their native countries because they pose a public health risk to American citizens, and

Whereas, the Biden Administration has reinstituted the “Catch and Release” program causing tens of thousands of illegal aliens to enter “untested” into the U.S. interior, and

Whereas, Latin America is now the most affected region in the world with COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations, and deaths, and
Whereas, Argentina is seeing rapidly rising numbers of COVID-19 with new cases above 10,000 for most days since the end of August, and
​
Whereas, Brazil has the second highest COVID-19 death toll in the world, and
​
Whereas, Mexico is only able to test 11 people for every 1,000, and
​
Whereas, the Biden Administration is ignoring CDC public service announcements that there are “new forms” of COVID-19 and they are “spreading quickly” making the release of untested illegal aliens into the United States a threat to the health and safety of all Texans and potentially all Americans;

Therefore, I, the undersigned, do hereby urge your state to join the Texas lawsuit to STOP the DHS COVID-19 testing exemption of illegal aliens crossing into the United States that is spurring a possible virus “superspreader” event throughout America.
