Former President Joe Biden said people are optimistic about treating his prostate cancer. In

his first comments since making his diagnosis public, he told reporters Friday in Delaware, “The prognosis is good. We’re working on everything. It’s moving along, and I feel good.” He said he chose treatment options that involve taking a pill. Concerns over Mr. Biden’s mental fitness are still in the spotlight. President Trump has repeatedly questioned the former president’s use of an autopen to sign executive orders and pardons.
