Fox News Trusted by Twice as Many Voters as MSNBC

Fox News is the most-trusted cable TV news channel, according to results of a new national

survey of U.S. likely voters. “Which cable TV news channel would you be most likely to trust?” Rasmussen Reports asked in a survey conducted October 9-10 and 13, 2024. Among the choices, Fox News came out on top. 30% most likely to trust Fox News. 23% most likely to trust CNN. However, more voters (33%) trust “independent online sources” for political news than place their faith in either “major cable news channels” (29%) or “network TV news.”
