Arizona U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly Will Not Join Vice President Kamala Harris in Philadelphia Ahead of Rumored Running Mate Announcement


Arizona U.S. Senator Mark Kelly confirmed he has no current plans to travel to Pennsylvania

[next] Tuesday after the presidential campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris reportedly suggested its vice presidential candidate will be selected in Philadelphia on that date. At one point, Kelly clarified his intention to work for the betterment of Harris and other Democrats, if not his own potential candidacy as vice president. “I’m going to work as hard as I can between now and Election Day,” the former astronaut said.
