Sen. Kennedy’s tweet introduces video clips where he questioned Spokane County Superior

Court Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren, Pres. Biden’s nominee to serve as a federal judge in the Eastern District of Washington. When Kennedy asked Bjelkengren to “Tell me what Article V of the Constitution does,” she replied that “Article V is not coming to mind, at the moment.” “How about Article II?” Kennedy asked. “Neither is Article II,” Bjelkengren said.
